Will is a Senior Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in institutional fixed income trading and portfolio management. He has served as a producing manager developing long-term partnerships within the independent broker-dealer networks and RIA channel. He specializes in the Taxable and Tax-Exempt Municipal Market along with other taxable areas, including Corporates, MBS, Treasuries, CD’s and Agencies.

Prior to joining Northern Capital, Will served as Senior Vice President at Axio Financial and 1st Vice President at Advisors Asset Management, where he developed national accounts and RIA relationships as a senior fixed income specialist since 2001. As a registered principal, Will has also managed teams of advisory consultants focused on delivering enterprise-level fixed income solutions for some of the nation’s leading wealth management organizations.
