Joe is a Managing Director and has been with the Firm for more than 20 years. He advises institutions on security selection, analysis and risk.

Joe has more than 30 years of institutional fixed income trading experience covering investment advisors, asset managers, community and regional banks, credit unions, municipalities and independent broker-dealers.

After graduating with a B.S. in Economics from Colby College, Joe developed fixed income trading experience with Waterhouse Securities, Salomon Brothers and Smith Barney in New York. After moving to Boston, he continued in the fixed income trading departments of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, and Hoenig & Company before joining Northern Capital in 2002.
