As a Fixed Income Analyst, Dylan supports Northern Capital’s trading desk and fixed income strategy team across portfolio analysis, trade execution, and client service. He analyzes portfolio exposures, monitors market activity, evaluates fixed income securities and structures, and prepares analytics to support client-directed investment strategies. Dylan also works directly with institutional clients to coordinate trade-related activity and respond to requests for portfolio analytics, transaction information, and market updates.

Dylan is a General Securities Principal and Municipal Securities Principal. As a General Securities Principal, he is qualified to supervise a broad range of the firm’s securities activities, including trading, institutional customer activity, communications, and regulatory compliance. His Municipal Securities Principal qualification further permits him to manage, direct, and supervise the firm’s municipal securities activities, including municipal trading, customer transactions, regulatory reporting and recordkeeping, and the activities of registered personnel involved in the municipal securities business. Together, these principal registrations allow Dylan to assume important responsibilities on behalf of Northern Capital across both its general and municipal securities operations.

Dylan joined Northern Capital full-time in 2024 after interning with the firm for a year and a half. He graduated summa cum laude from Merrimack College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Philosophy.
