Bob is a Managing Director and Head of the Fixed Income Strategy Group. He plays a pivotal role in supporting the Firm’s investment management clients, including registered investment advisers and other wealth management organizations. Bob leads the development and execution of customized fixed income trade strategies and works closely with the trading desk to help implement client-directed transactions. His responsibilities include security analysis, trade structuring, portfolio reviews, and helping clients align fixed income exposures with their stated investment objectives.

Bob brings more than 30 years of broad institutional fixed income market expertise. Prior to joining Northern Capital, he was Director and Head of Trading at Bank of America Global Capital Management (BACM) where he managed a team of fixed income traders responsible for executing trades for BACM’s institutional clients. Before joining BACM, he directed and supervised a team of Portfolio Managers at State Street Global Advisors that were responsible for managing fixed income portfolios on behalf of State Street Global Advisors’ institutional clients.

Bob received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and his Master’s degree in Finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. Bob is a CFA charterholder.
