As Senior Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, Mr. Beckmann is responsible for managing the firm’s strategic institutional client relationships. He oversees the management of client assets for compliance with investment policies and guidelines and for meeting performance objectives.

Mr. Beckmann is an attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany and is qualified to represent clients before any district and appellate court in Germany. He provides legal advice and representation to clients around the world with a focus on US / EU consultations.

He is the founder and former chairman of MB Advisory Group in Europe, which provides legal services, with international impact, litigation PR, compliance and due diligence services for family offices and other business entities located in Europe. He was the founder and former chairman of QF Holdings Limited, a privately held U.K. multi-family office and asset management company, which was sold before Mr. Beckmann permanently relocated to the United States and joined Northern Capital.
